Despite trying to help him to solve the issue, he gave me a negative feedback when things don't go in his way. I think the problem lies with the user aka user's problem. Probably the user is using the washing machine for the first time and don't know when to press which button/what to press The washing machine can spin wash but cannot spin dry? When those steps are one after another?? Automatic procedures?? Enlighten me please.
