although we had some issues communicating and there were many delays on her end, i felt that this buyer is sincere and genuine. she had difficulty taking the LRT, but i appreciate that she made an effort and she was apologetic about it. ultimately she dealt at my convenience and the issues were inconsequential to me. would recommend others to be patient with her, and you’ll have a good experience👍🏻
