She is a reliable and quick decision buyer. Thank you
Buyer got items without payment beforehand or face to face, this is my first experience like this, I ll have to call back the buyer many times and beg for their payment. Also, buyer accidentally breaks one screw of the product and put the responsibility to me, it is a ridiculous experience with this buyer. They ll have to understand the guideline/ rule of using Carousell much better.
1. It was not told beforehand that we will need to pay cash. I mentioned to the seller I will pay by PayMe once I get back home. Seller could've said No, but he said OK. 2. The screw was broken. It was received like that. Not sure why the seller is saying that we broke it. 3. Seller did not put 2 extremely crucial items in the package and refused to acknowledge it (but sent it next day). 4. Seller was rude on WhatsApp and said it wasn't his responsibility that parts were missing! What??
