Karen is very gentle and encouraging. Came for cupping treatments for 2 months - 1st month lost 4kg as I was quite consistent in coming twice every week, 2nd month lost around 1.2kg as due to busy work schedule can only come 1 time a week... Quite satisfied as I started with 28.8% body fats and was only doing light exercise during treatment but see a 2%++ decrease in my fats.

Karen was very professional in guiding me what to eat during this period. For the first two weeks can’t see much of weight reduction, however after week 2, starts to reduce weight by kg, and percentage of fat also decreasing. After about 3-4 weeks of treatment, my weight was reduced from 62 to 56, arms and legs all slim down. Fat composition from 29.8% to 24%. Am very happy with the result.
