The seller and I had a firm deal, I agreed the asking price, I paid an agreed deposit for them for an amount suggested by her, then she came back and said a friend wanted them and just sent me back the deposit. The item was bought in good faith and the seller has defaulted on the deal. This is very, very poor behaviour and disappointing. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
