Poor buyer and nitpicky lowballer too. Offered me 33% below asking price. Best thing is, when I accepted his offer then he starts to ask for documentations, original receipt for a product bought eons ago. Definitely not a decisive buyer and if you really must deal with him, do it at your own risk.
