Easygoing buyer
Fast and decisive
Amazing chat
Friendly and fast reply ♥️
I admitted my listing mistake, apologized, and offered a fair refund, but the buyer wanted both the item and most of their money back. I ended up giving a full refund. Buyers should show compassion. Sellers are just trying to make a living. We're not big companies, and mistakes happen. She's a seller too, so I don't understand the lack of kindness.
Follow-up review
I offered a full refund because I understand how hard life is. You didn’t refuse the full refund or offer to return. You must need it desperately. It's OK. I sedekahkan for you & your family. Semoga murah rezeki selalu.
2 years ago (edited)I appreciate your feedback. Mistakes happen, and I always try to handle things fairly as a buyer too. I left my review based on the experience, but ultimately future buyers will see how this was handled. Wishing you all the best!
