You item is very old and damaged, no wonder when I ask you for photo u just give me IKEA pic! That's is new can't compare u purposely cheat me! Goodbye shaking bed drawer without screw.. Not damage ? The IKEA must be very lousy that sell drawer withou screw 1 side
As I mentioned, I bought the bed 2 years ago. I have the receipts. I also mentioned there were no dents no scratches on the bed at all and it has only ever been in the one bedroom. I asked for specifics as I am honestly surprised by your feedback and I received no response. I dismantled the bed myself last night (as I was using it up until then) and there was no damage. I am not sure what happened between my house and your place but your delivery drivers came and picked up the bed no problems.
