Follow-up review
Seller refuses to refund me for the shoe even though its sole came out while I was trying it on. My sister collected the shoe for me on Monday and I only got to try it on on Friday. Once I tried them on and found out that the soles came out which could be because she kept it for too long, I told her she about it and she instead said that it could be me who tempered with the shoe. Hi. You were given ample time to test the product upon collection, which was a meet-up & to also report any issues when you received the item from your sister. No issues were reported and you even left me a good review as the item was in good shape. 5 days later, you report that the shoes had issues & required a full refund. To me, that seems like you tampered with the product or failed to do due diligence & report issue earlier, if any. I am very transparent with my sells, & you should be too.
