Extremely disappointed!!! Item description said "worn once; no defect". It's my first experience with Carousell, so I tend to trust people when they say condition is good. But when I got the item delivered, one of sandals string was so stretched out, like they were worn multiple times! How is it not defect, if one sandal is less stretched and another so much so cannot wear at all! If description said that need to fix, or that got worn out defect - it would be fair. Like that, I feel cheated.

Hi miss .. I'm sorry that u r not happy with the shoe u bought. I swear I only worn it once n that the stickers all r still intact. I've sold so many items n all r ok. It was already like that when I bought it. N when I wore it.. it seems fine. Whatever u saw in the picture before u purchase ..the item is at it is. I didn't take pic from Google or anywhere. Hope u understand. Thank u.
