Item was brand new, unopened item with 1-year manufacturer warranty. Buyer spent nearly 30 mins inspecting every item, including the charger, and recorded the entire process. Given the significant discount from retail price, I feel the expectations were unreasonable unless the expectation was set at the point of purchase.Would suggest for buyer to consider buying from an official retailer instead.
