Stated very clearly on post that a deposit is required (NON-nego). Buyer just made an offer with no questions asked. Then he proceeded to ignore deposit request THREE times. Did not come across as sincere buyer, did not ask for address or even commit when asked which day he wants to collect item. Did not even apologise and just ask to cancel. Waste of time, sellers beware!
