Received my items, but seller didn’t pack it properly, no bubble wrap, nothing - just a thin parcel. Morphe palette was in a trillion pieces, all other products were covered in eyeshadow, took me hours to clean up. One eye makeup remover had a little chip in it so it was leaking, had to pour it into another bottle. Contacted seller.. she has been online but ignoring my messages. Not happy about this at all! Should of packaged it properly.. and at least reply to my messages!!
