What I received vs the seller’s description. Described Good as new but came with pen ink and stains? However seller said it was my job to ask further questions thus no refund even though I feel the bag wasn’t as described. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with such seller. Good luck.

pen ink cannot be washed off. If it can be, I would not be so upset to receive such condition. I guess u know no one will buy it for $50 at such condition. With pen ink.

Apologies for your experience however I did mention that this bag is USED (not brand new) and the bag is very discounted from the online price to account for this. It is true that there are no scratches or damages, and the stains can be washed. Carousell is meant to be mainly a secondhand platform so if you are fussy with secondhand goods that are not completely brand new, please do not deal. What a fussy buyer - really cannot please everybody.
