Paid in good faith for what seller claimed as good as new. Found rust and structural concerns after checking the item at home. No proof of purchase for remaining 1.5y left of warranty as claimed. Canโt even trade in the set at a loss without the receipt. Stuck with useless item that I dare not let my children use. MIA now. Deal at your own risk.

My worst experience on carousell thus far. Tried to assist her in every way possible. Even with assurance from manufacturers, she insisted that the items were faulty and unsafe. Even when I was away on work trip, it was not a good enough reason to stop replying - was labelled MIA. Had to refund her $50 so that she'll stop harassing me.
