Seller sold me a tricycle with a missing critical piece that is meant for safety. Without it I can’t use it for my baby :( have repeatedly asked her on carousell for it but have not received a response :(( Feeling a bit cheated as it was not made known to me upfront and I have correspondence with her saying that it is in good working condition
