Said will come and collect at 5pm asked me to hang outside so he/she no need to text or disturb me. So I hung item outside at 4pm. At 7pm still didn’t collect. I reminded. Said ok will come late. Last min said baby crying cannot come. Didnt keep to her word just because item is free.
