Buyer supposed to meet up, but couldn’t make it last min, offered an option to do via normal post and payment is made after that. Before posting, do my due diligence to inform buyer that I will not be responsible for lost mail (if any) and buyer wanted to back up and ask for refund. Offered alternative for self collection or top up for registered mail but he insisted refund.
