I did not show up as promised to pick up an item I had purchased as I had honestly just forgot. I left for Mexico the next day for 1 week with no internet access- she attempted to contact me once and then left me negative feedback. In spirit of community I think there was opportunity to communicate before leaving negative feedback- I would have gladly etransfered her $ and picked up when I returned but she did not give me that opportunity.
I apologize for the miscommunication - however I did reach out many times to arrange pickup. When we confirmed your second revised appointment, I kept the item reserved until later that night, but never heard any reply to my msg checking in to see if you were still coming. When I contacted for that last time and continued to not receive a response is when I left feedback. I would have gladly rearranged if I was informed about your trip in advance. Good luck in your future endeavours.
