buyer did not pay and buyer did not turn up as agreed. buyer also did not have the decency to communicate her intention to not proceed with the deal despite the offer already being accepted. no replies to my multiple messages. deal at your own risk.

Buyer made an offer on 18 Jun, which I have accepted it. I then asked when she wants to meet up for collection, no reply. On 19 Jun, i asked again 'Hello?', no reply. Today 22 Jun, I again asked 'May I know what's going on?', no reply. I see that all my messages have been seen, but not a single reply.
