Oh wauw very surprised with this review, very cheap comments! - The phone was never used, is completely brand new like new - Of course the box was open. As clearly advertised. The dent you're referring to is clearly visible in the pictures. Not hidden - I invited you to my house and let you extensively test the phone, check the box etc before purchasing it to see you were sure If you want a brand new like new phone, with unopened package, then go buy one! But then you pay full price.
