Seller was kind enough to offer me a second chance to buy the item and was also very accommodating in meeting my price range. There were some hiccups in the delivery (not due to any of her fault) but she was very responsive and quick to assist. Thank you!

Fast and efficient buyer!
Buyers please beware - purchased a bag from seller who claimed it was authentic however I paid to authenticate the bag and turned out it was fake. Seller refused to refund despite showing the proof of authentication. Overall an unpleasant experience and highly do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller.
Follow-up review
Have reached to a settlement with the seller on this purchase. Amended my rating as seller reached out again to resolve this after my initial review.

Had already resolved issue with the buyer. We have come to a settlement as well. This was a one off instance. On my part - I wasn’t aware of the serial number and I did not perform any verification beforehand. Apologies for the bad experience.
