Great seller to deal with! Speedy replies Pleasant transaction! Thank you 😊
Lovely seller to deal with! Great communication, prompt replies and item was delivered as described :) Thank you for the free gift and for meeting me overall!
Not responsive to confirm the meet up until very last minute. Despite we meet up to swap and both get a chance to check whether the product is as expected, buyer complains about the best before date after few weeks and claimed my item led to her allergy. Although I apologize for overlooking the best before date, agree to refund and swap back, buyer insist on cash back for the value of the swapped item instead, which is non-sense.
If you said so, I will upload all of our conversation and report to Carousell. I couldn't believe you as well told your friend a totally different story. Im glad she told me and now I have enough evidences to charge you.
