Buyer expect accept offer means deal. So people could not accept order first before others. And i never agree that it would be his. I already told him to wait.

Dont accept offer if your not keen to sell to the buyer.say wait first before you accept offer and arrange meet ups.i agree with all of your demands even im so far from your place coz im very keen to buy your stuff.and be firm and say sorry
