She gave me the wrong item. I ordered a zara blazer (navy blue) and she sent me rags. See photo for reference. I tried contacting her and no response. I will only change my review if she pays me back or sends the correct item.
Follow-up review
Seller went the extra mile to sort out the delivery mix up. She gave regular updates and was very professional. Item is good as new. Thank you very much. Until next time :-)

The item was reserved to someone else and then she accepted my offer and when I did reply right (because of course, I have life outside carousel, I am working and studying as well) And surprise when I checked again, my feedback na. You cannot expect someone to wait 24/7 for an item that is already reserved to someone else for over a day.

Hi, I realized I mistakenly left a 1-star review meant for another person and I’m deeply sorry. It wasn’t intended for you at all. I’ve already taken steps to correct it. I can only imagine how that must’ve felt and I want to sincerely apologize for the mix-up.
