Seller asked me to arrange for pick up after I had already selected and paid S3.60 for doorstep delivery via the option the seller had provided on listing. Seller then arranged but said courier failed to pick up. Pick up failed 12 times. Seller said would send tracked SingPost but did not. I raised issue with Carousell (after more than 2.5 weeks), then item was sent seamlessly.
Nothing much to comment because the pick up indeed failed 12 times and it’s beyond my control.
