Shima is very professional in her service. Though it was CNY, she didn't take on trips back to back, so that her quality of service would not be compromised. She was punctual and drove steadily. Her car was clean and well equipped to take on 1 person in wheelchair and an additional caregiver. Price is very reasonable. And not jacked up for CNY Highly recommend and I would use her services again.

Miss Shima was puncture, polite n extremely helpful to load my mom on wheelchair. She is very patient with us as it was our first time in a vehicle to transport the whole wheelchair. Her suggestion on an alternate pick up point was very wise as she know the right place for picking us up. Thank you so much for making a comfortable ride for my mom and setting her at ease.
