This buyer agreed on buying the slab and will be doing the deal on the weekend. However, the buyer did not respond to my messages on when or what time he would be coming to collect the slab during the weekend. My messages were seen by him, but no reply on purpose. It is highly not recommended to deal with such irresponsible buyer. Probably a kid yet to learn about basic manners and responbility.

Buyer negotiated an agreed price. Communication was sporadic. Buyer forgot our first appointment to meet and close the deal. At the time of collection, he sought to come back to me after trying out the item for a few days, at which point I made it clear that all sales are final. Payment made in full. Collection was completed 12 days after deal was made.
