A very understanding buyer who was willing to travel to a more convenient location. He was very pleasant to deal with and communication was not an issue! 👍
thank you for your compliment! :)
Lost 2 of my books without prove, sent me a photo of supposed mailed item but its clear he did not stick the stamp on one of it. My bad luck I guess, but he did provide explanation. What I felt he could have done better is to take more proactive action rather than just asking me to go check with singpost myself and saying sorry for your lost.
Hi Angela, I did went to the singpost on my side and even called singpost what can we do about it. They told me that we could do is to check out whether there is any lost mail in the singpost nearest to your address. As it is a normal mail, there is no tracking no. and there is a risk of the mail getting lost. The best I could do is to offer you a special discount on your next purchase.
Friendly seller, prompt with mailing. Item received in good condition. 👍
A friendly fuss free seller, he even made special arrangement for my needs. The book is under very good condition. Hope you deal with him again!
