Seller very responsive and accommodating. Even when I was mistaken about the item she offered to replace foc. Since I was able to use the backpack it worked out. Item is genuine and shipping was fast even though the tracking is not so accurate. Price is definitely crazy good.

It took me a while to finally decide to buy the luggage as I had many questions and concerns. Seller had been swift and patient in answering all my queries. I received the luggage earlier than the seller’s estimated delivery date. When I had problem with the luggage’s locking system, seller called and told me how it works. Overall, very satisfied with the seller’s service. I’m happy with the luggage too.

Great seller, very prompt in communication and able to assist at his best.
