Arranged the pick up at 6-7pm, no show. Said busy at delivery then arrange pick up at 9-10pm. Still no show. We offered to bring item downstairs to her as requested, then no more replying. If you know you can not make it to pick up, you should have told us earlier, so we will not wait for your for 4 hours. Plus we are giving away our precious Center piece for free as blessing, be sincere.
Your review are not very clear. It’s not a no show with no reply. As mentioned I was alone with little kids and it will be hard for me to manage with them alone in the car. I even negotiated to pick up at next convenient time but seems like you choose to not understand the situation. Seems like my sincere apologies were not taken into consideration as well. Oh well.. wish people can be kinder and more sincere in giving away item and more understanding. Peace always! Have a good weekend !
