Fast and decisive

Appreciated that the buyer was willing to travel down to my convenient location in the East. However, despite the price being agreed upon prior to meeting, they attempted a last-minute renegotiation in person using the travel distance as a reason. Overall a successful deal, but agreed prices should be honored upon meet-up.

Fast and decisive

come on time

Mid July, buyer bargained n said collect on Sunday, then MIA..re-texted me today for 2 units. I was skeptical; he agreed to 4.30pm. Unresponsive. Didn’t update me that he was going to be late while I kept asking if he was arriving…..😨 eventually, late by 1 hour coz he forgot his bag n went back to get), sigh! I had to rearrange my meeting. The consolation is: the deal was finally done!

Make offer, asked to put the items on reserve for a week, then no reply after 1 week when asked to collect... definitely not trustworthy.
