Lousy experience and will never deal with buyer again. Came and picked up item. On the spot, requested for additional discount whereby the item was already priced low and we politely declined. Checked the item for around 40 mins and made the purchase. Thereafter, left a review saying a made-up version. Unreliable buyer!
Before offering, I have specifically check whether MS Office is included and you have replied 'YES'. My offer is based on what was communicated. Asking for lower the price is logical as I need to pay additional to purchase MS Office. Dishonest n yet trying to push the blame to buyer. After trying out the laptop, discovered that the charger is not charging well due to wire issue. Buyer beware if you deal with such seller
