I expected to buy a rowing machine. I did not expect to encounter what can only be described as a guardian angel of the second-hand marketplace. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. He even helped load the rower into a taxi. If there were six stars, he'd probably help me carry that too.
