No updates after sending offer

ULTIMATE XIAO MEI MEI TIME WASTER. Wanted 3 of my dresses but dragged deal for 3 WEEKS. Cancelled every single meet up giving the excuse that she always has last minute things on from school. Told me she could not deal via postage as she was a sec 1 kid with no bank account, but in the end offered to transfer (LOL, CONVENIENT?). Still went MIA as usual, took forever to transfer, said mother was helping her and promised to do it the next day but did not do it. HER HP: 8332 2365

Irresponsible buyer who offered, agreed on meetup place and timing, then backed out, claiming that she has found another seller. As a result, I had declined the item to another potential buyer. Not recommended and will report to admin.

Thank you for the purchase. Pleasant transaction! Speedy replies.

Agreed for buyer to send payment by post and closed the sale base on trust (probably something I shouldn't do next time). Unfortunately a week has passed and no payment was received. Sent 2 messages to check and no response at all. Luckily I insist on posting package after receipt of payment.
