Great seller to deal with.. very responsive and always keep buyer updated of status. Got item within a week.. love the item - Very good quality.. Thanks !!

Responsive and responsible. Definitely a trustworthy seller. Thanks. (:

Before she sent out to me, I asked her if there was any defect, she said she has checked and none. Then I asked if I find any defects, can I exchange or refund, she said I can exchange. I found defects and she now says she cannot exchange because the defects are very mild, and try to ask supplier for some rebates. There were 4 leather peel offs section - not exactly very mild defects, I would say. Very disappointed.
