No reply after offer is made..not going to deal with this guy again

A dishonest and unethical deceiver. The saying goes “a leopard never changes its spots”. This applies in full to this person. Despite the poor reviews he racked up, I gave him a chance, only to be stood up by this swindler who had no shred of decency to apologise for disappearing.
