the sofa bed with the inbuilt futon, had the inner protector all torn. when i took out the covers to wash, there is no way i can put the cushions back in. so effectively i was just paying for the frame. seller says this is normal wear and tear and not considered a defect. Not sure how he feel that this is not defective, but perhaps that's how he really feels. Disappointed by this exchange.

Apologies for the disappointment. Never stripped down the sofa bed before to notice insides, cos’ functionality on the outside was perfectly fine - mainly for visitors. I guess this is natural wear and tear as it’s sold 2nd hand - more than half price - and sold after usage of 2-3 years.
