Jo Malone English pear & freesia 100ml
RM320
The product is fake, she lied to me. She said her sister works at Estee Lauder hence she got it for a low price but I think all that are lies. It doesn't do anything to my face. I've been using it for awhile now and there are not good results of moisturising effect. My skin is just getting more dry and bumpy. Please refund.
Clinique moisture surge overnight mask 100ml

Sorry that this product is not suitable for your skin. You have been using it for a while with no difference and claimed that it getting worst. You accused I lied with fake product to get a refund. I feel humiliated and very offensive by your action. Hence, it is non refundable once sold, opened and used by customers. The product is 100% AUTHENTIC, not defective or expired.
