You bought the cufflink in person, do inspection before payment and said it is not nice after 1 month? It is pretty unfair to rate 4 to us, I prefer to refund to u and get back in 1 month ago, the Burberry cufflink link cost 1 thousand something, u bought at 99 only , we offer self pick up and checking already , return to us, I don’t want you to continuous take benefit of it
7 months ago (edited)The price has been set by the seller and I have never asked for any reduction. The item is slightly defective which wasn’t mentioned in the listing nor identified during the inspection.The item still usable so not bother to any complaints/refund with a rating of 4 given. However, the seller not happy with a 4 and tried to influence/manipulate us to amend the rating to 5 by continuously messaging (even via our other non related listing pages) and left low rate review/feedback etc.
