PSP had a good screen before shipping & I even asked the seller to pack it securely. Sadly, only a thin layer of bubble wrap was used & it arrived with dead pixels that spread across the screen. The listing also didn't mention the faulty Start button or UMD door issue. Sekknitially refused a refund, but we eventually agreed on a partial refund. Bumpy experience, but I'll still leave 5 stars.

Follow-up review

***Seller initially refused a refund, but we eventually agreed on a partial refund. Bumpy experience, but I'll still leave 5 stars as promised. Just a suggestion to pack fragile electronics more securely po moving forward.
