Follow-up review

Buyer insists that I gave used bottles when in fact, I didn’t. Baby bottles were with us for quite a few months and I was not able to clean it before delivery. That was my only mistake. But rest assured, I didn’t mislead anyone for a small amount of money. If not satisfied, please return it and I can give your money back.

You had chatted me that you sterilized the bottles when you opened it and you mentioned that you tried it to your baby. However, your baby disliked it. Then, it is considered as used. Only one bottle is unused/new. Misleading descriptions on your ads. You should have at least cleaned/air dried it properly prior to shipping it and notified me early on during my inquiries before we close the deal. If you were sincered, you should have return my money first then I will ship it to you back.
