It would be helpful if the condition of items is described properly so buyers can decide before making the trip to collect. During a later purchase I asked for a small discount considering the previous issue, but it was declined. Buyers may wish to inspect items carefully.

Follow-up review

I didn't get to open the package immediately due to a busy schedule. I didn't have any idea that in a high trusted society like Singapore, people get scammed or cheated like this (Posting something as "Like New" and gives old, torn, damaged and repaird item). If I had known, I would check before purchasing, and it would save my time and energy. it's not about price but rather being cheated.

Embellished Grey crepe Saree

S$15

Previously purchased an item listed as “like new” but had several issues when I checked it at home. Loose threads, small holes and a repaired spot. When I contacted the seller, she said it was not like that when she wore it and did not acknowledge the condition and the concern was dismissed. Just sharing my experience so future buyers may want to check the item carefully before purchasing.

Follow-up review

Response to your review reply: Because I wanted to leave an honest review (first purchase didnt allow me to leave review)and share my experience without any personal remarks (cause the issue was not solved after I raised the concern to you privately, instead you told me to fix that myself and said that it was alreday good enought for that price. So rude! ) so people don't get cheated like me.
