She was not honest with the condition of the bag. I do buy preloved items but this one is a complete disappointment. Asking for a refund but she is not replying. Reported to Carousell and also I put an alert about this. Manloloko na seller.
I apologize if the item didnโt meet your expectation.However, as Iโve stated its a preloved item and it has minimal flaws. My policies says no return,exchange or refund, cos we have different state of perfection. Iโm also a buyer of preloved items and it happens thatsometimes our expectations didnโt meet the item weโr purchasing. I am honest if my items has flaws if you fnd more wear and tear that didnโt catch my eyes I apologize 4 that. Movin 4wrd Iโll make sure to b rly precise with my ads.
