Beware of this seller. While I did eventually receive a full refund, my experience was bad. Claimed to have mailed out the item but "forgot" to take a pic of the tracking no. It has been >1 week since she allegedly mailed but I have not received even though Smartpac usually takes max 2-3 days. She declined to deal via Caroupay, Recommend using caroupay to protect yourself🚩

She keeps claiming that parcel was mailed, then errr where is it ah? No tracking number, no mailing proof, parcel never came. Can argue with me all u want but @ potential buyers pls judge for yourself ok 🤣 Stop using the fact that u provided a refund to justify ur wrongdoings lol

The item was mailed, and I have never encountered this issue with previous buyers. I was rushing and unfortunately didn’t take a photo of the parcel/tracking number, but I still issued a full refund despite this. I understand the frustration over a missing parcel, but the repeated accusations even after being fully refunded were unfair. Never had any issued with my other buyers before. I guess she’s annoyed that she didn’t get the dress? But i’m not liable for lost mails :’) i even REFUNDED

Fastest and decisive buyer that i have deal with. Arrange courier right away to deal in late evening, thought maybe u might have needed the cosmetic pouch urgently. Hope u like it ya, hope to deal again.
