Buyer didn't object to singpost normal mail which is untracked. I have done my part by sending the buyer a picture of the package before mailing. I followed with carousell and showed buyer the email that carousell support team sent me. Buyer must state if they wanted tracked mail and willing to pay the extra postage cost. How can seller be responsible for lost mail? It was done thru caroupay.

I doubt the parcel was mailed or not at the 1st place because parcel via nm from 3 other sellers on the same day were delivered with no issue but slightly later due to festive season. If there were other options for delivery mode, I would have paid that extra buck! Btw it's ok jus a few dollar worth of lost, no worries at all. Who knows what's the truth.
