Great seller to deal with! Pleasant transaction!

I was not 25mins late, rubbish. Look at the message history & I was held up by public transport. Meeting place was near to her, not to me. l checked with IKEA & l was given official instruction manual of this item showing that it came with 2 screws & 2 hooks so I checked politely with seller but she said don't have & even threatened to report me. This is the kind of services provided this seller. Gave me missing items & turned around to bite me. Extremely terrible experience with this seller.
