I had mixed emotions with this one. Print is lovely and diameter satisfactorily big. I did not expect though to see a deep scratch (almost chipped since gloss is removed and dent could be felt).Claim was plate has light scratches only.I repeatedly asked during inquiry said status of this plate.Defect was not observed by seller then. However, seller volunteered to refund an amount for said defect.

I love all my totoro mugs. Significantly cheaper as compared to the brandnew items sold at Lazada. Good thing condition of these mugs are pristine almost new looking. Don't have regrets buying the mugs. I was skeptical at first since seller had no previous reviews. But gals and guys rest assured this seller is legit.

Among all my 3 purchased mugs of totoro, this was the one that didn't looked as new as it claimed. It has a brown stain on the inside which the seller honestly disclosed during my queries. Quality of the mug is superb still. Smooth and flawless.

I'm a recent collector of Totoro products. I bought all 3 remaining mugs and i regret seeing only this recently. I could have gotten all the collections 😂. Among all 3 mugs this is the one that looks most brand new. Quality of the product is superb. Seller is pleasantly nice to deal with. Gave discount for when bought as bundle products.
