Sellers Beware. This buyer asks obvious questions to bargain while he knows the answer already. Asks to put the item on reserve. Shows up late without first informing. Then picks faults on the item and says it's priced high. Talks about reselling. Then walks away without buying. Ask for a deposit if this buyer wants an item to be put on reserve. I would.
