Buyer backed out after making an offer and agreeing to meet on fixed dates, citing having found cheaper price elsewhere. I expressed concerns and buyer said to revert on a final decision to continue with the purchase or not the following day. However, no responses despite multiple follow ups. Highly recommend other sellers not deal with buyer, or, collect a partial or full deposit after offer made
